Think of us as your tech partner, not another supplier. We work alongside your team to take the manual work out of reconciliation, quoting and reporting, so your business runs leaner and can grow without adding headcount. We're paid when the numbers move, not by the hour.

One example, start to finish
Watch five days become one.
1Week 1. We sit with your finance team and time every step.
2Weeks 2–5. We connect your bank feeds and automate the matching.
3Day 30. We measure again. Our success fee depends on it.

Paid on the result, not the hours.
If the target isn't hit, the success fee stays locked. That keeps us honest about what we promise.
1Diagnostic call30 minutes, free. We look at where your team’s time goes and tell you what we’d fix, the target and the price. Then you decide.
2BuildThree to six weeks alongside your team. In week one we time the work, so the starting number is measured, not guessed. A base fee covers our costs.
3ResultWe measure again. Only when the target is hit does the success fee unlock. After that, we can stay on call for a monthly fee agreed upfront.

Success feeLocked until targetUnlocked
The target and how it's measured go into the contract after week one, before any success fee can apply.
What does one manual process cost you?
Pick the task your team complains about most. Nothing leaves your browser unless you ask for the breakdown.
Questions owners ask us
Something else on your mind? Ask it on the call.
Do we need to change our software?
Usually not. We build into what you already use, such as Xero, QuickBooks, Google Workspace or your POS. If something has to change, we tell you on the diagnostic call, with the cost.
What happens if you miss the target?
You don’t pay the success fee. The base fee covers our costs; the success fee is only paid once the number we agreed is measured and met.
Who can see our data?
Only the people working on your project. We sign an NDA, follow the PDPA, and remove our access when the work ends unless you keep us on.
We’re not technical. Is that a problem?
Not at all. You know your business, and that’s the part we need. We explain everything in plain terms and train your team before we step back.
